Stationers' Company Innovation Excellence Awards 2022
Published on 31 Oct 2022 by Emma Eynon
Steve and Emma Eynon represented Fantom Factory at this year's Innovation Excellence Awards held by the Stationers' Company in London.
What a fabulous setting to host an exhibition and and award ceremony!
Stationers' Hall is a Grade I listed building, close to St Paul's Cathedral. It is one of the few ancient Livery Halls remaining in the City of London.
Who was there?
The Stationers' Company is the main City of London Livery Company for the Communications and Content Industries. As such, they are very concerned with fostering innovation and excellence within communications products and companies, historically associated mainly with printing and news organisations.
The good news is they are also very interested in the new digital world of communications and content!
We rubbed shoulders with large print companies (i.e. their corporate members Ricoh and Xerox) and smaller digital businesses like turnonthesubtitles.org - helping children improve literacy.
Customer Experience Category
There were just 3 shortlisted companies presented for each category and Fantom Factory was nominated for "Best Customer Experience".
The award was given to Class Professional Publishing for their outstanding work on the ParaPass application:
The ParaPass app is an expansive, user-friendly digital platform that includes tools and information to support paramedic learning and development.
We were still absolutely thrilled to be in the top 3 shortlisted companies and to take part in such a fabulous experience!

Hopefully we'll return next year with our new upcoming education initiative - STEM Futures UK!
