A note from me (Emma Eynon)
I was honoured to be recognised for my service in the British Army and how I've moved on to help build a company dedicated to excellence in the digital field of communication, education, and technical support services.
It's fantastic for me to be able inspire other service leavers looking for new career paths and to reassure them that there are supportive companies, like Fantom Factory, out there!
My time in the Royal Signals developed skills in communication and leadership - which is definitely proving useful in this iteration of my career journey!
Armed Forces Covenant
Fantom Factory has pleged to uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant and we also take part in the local authority Forum to help serve our community.
"The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly."
